An excellent Sidamo! Begins with a lemony tartness when first poured and cools to a complex of cherry, chocolate and caramel about half way through the cup. This finishes clean, smooth and slightly dry.

A decaf that doesn’t taste like one!
Smooth, fruit and chocolate aroma with nice acidity and a buttery mouth feel. Flavors of nuts and brown ale when hot cooling to more citrusy flavors. Nice easy finish. Hard to believe that this is a decaf!

Very sweet cup with medium acidity and light body. Hints of molasses, cinnamon, in the cup balanced by fruity tangy acidity. Hints of cherry give way to chocolate and caramel as it cools. Very clean with a light body and smooth mouth feel. A pleasant drinker.
